100 mile route
The big one! This is an extremely challenging route intended for experienced cyclists only. It includes the 50 mile route (below) and continues north to the scenic towns of Nyack, Congers, Haverstraw and Stony Point. It returns back to Manhattan via the George Washington Bridge, an amazing way to finish an epic cycle! This route includes steep hills, sharp curves and roads open to vehicles.
50 mile route
Not to be taken lightly, this is a challenging route that includes an exhilarating traffic free ride through the Lincoln Tunnel, and continues through the Palisades Interstate Park, the towns of Englewood Cliffs, Alpine and Piermont. You will be rewarded at the end when you cross the George Washington Bridge, and the crowd cheer you over the finish line.
30 mile route
The shortest route circles Manhattan traffic free via the Franklin D. Roosevelt Drive, Harlem River Drive and the West Side Highway. It is for participants of all levels as it is mostly flat and does not have any steep hills. You'll pass world famous landmarks, before soaking up the atmosphere at the finish line party.
