The route of this unique half marathon is lined with bands playing music scientifically selected to match the physiological and psychological demands of the race. Since it began in 2008 this race has proved extremely popular so make sure you don't miss your chance to take part this year.

Our MS Society Gold Bond places are now available on a first come first served basis. If you want to be a part of our 2011 MS Superstars Team sign up today by completing our online form. MS Society places are £35 and we ask for a minimum sponsorship of £300.

Q: I have my own place in this race, how do I join the Superstars team?

A: Congratulations on securing your own place in this race and thank you for choosing to raise money for the MS Society. As a runner with their own place you will receive the same support as a runner with one of our charity places, but there is no minimum sponsorship - just raise as much as you can! Simply complete our short registration form and we will send you a fundraising pack.
