I've just realised that there's no date anywhere for the walk and I hadn't bothered mentioning it to anyone, d'oh! indeed. It'll be taking place on the 11th of July, so now you know =) Feel free to swing by Leeds on that day and cheer/heckle/throw rotten fruit as is your want ;-)

Yes, I know, it's only 1.6 km, but you're sponsoring the 'war on MS' aka, Monkey Scrotum (plus, I've got MS too, so you're sort of helping me, in a roundabout sort of way) =)

I know no one has much money at the moment, so just dig down the back of your sofa and chip in. You may even find 10p! Or that cheesecake you forgot about, bonus.

In all seriousness, please give what you can. Hell, I might have to do this in my wheelchair if my MS decides it wants to play with me again ;-)
